Your Plumbing Success is actually the results of two seasoned professionals wanting to help others in the industry while raising the standards of the plumbing trade.

Dave Francis a Master Plumber with a Bachelors in Commerce with over 30 years experience running his family contracting company which has been in business since 1933.

Kay Kinder a Marketing Specialist with over 30 years experience in online & print media, psychology & human resources.

Together they have created the foundation & built the systems of a successful plumbing contracting business. 

There are many business consulting companies out there who believe they can give you the tools to make your business successful – but they have never worked in your industry.

In other words they don’t know the first thing about running a successful plumbing contracting business.  All they know is business 101 basics without knowing how that information needs to be modified to specifically fit the plumbing trade industry. 

We know… we are doing it!

You see we actually run a successful plumbing contracting business and have been doing so since 1933. So why would we want to give our successful tools & strategies to the competition? 

Because we don’t see legitimate licensed tradesmen as competition.  We can’t possibly provide services to every single home in our city let alone across North America so we NEED other licensed tradesmen to work with us to provide for our neighbourhoods, our cities, our families in other towns.  In other words there is enough work in every city to support legitimate licensed tradesmen.

So who is the competition?

Here is what you are really competing against: the scabbers who illegally perform services for cheap cash under the table and the big franchises who charge a fortune only to enslave the business owner in a contract that they will be forced to pay with every dollar they earn for as long as they own that business.

Both Dave Francis & Kay Kinder have seen the painful results of the competition. Honest hard working licensed tradesmen going broke because they either couldn’t compete with the cheap scabbers or they couldn’t compete with the giant franchises with their huge advertising budgets.  This is wrong! 

You studied hard to earn your license, you worked hard to perfect your skills, and you know your industry!  The only thing you lack is the systems & strategies to be able to run a successful plumbing contracting business.
